SEO tool for agencies: audit, report under your brand and prove the work
SmoothSeen audits each client’s site on two fronts, Google and AI assistants, and turns what it finds into an action plan, a comparison with their competitors and a PDF report. On the Agency plan, reports go out under your agency’s brand, not ours.
Analyse a site- For
- SEO agencies and consultants
- What it measures
- Search and AI visibility in the same analysis
- Plans
- White label on Agency; PDF and monitoring from Professional
- Reviewed
What it audits
Each analysis gives two scores from 0 to 100 for the same page, with every check on every plan:
- Search visibility
- What Google needs to crawl the page, understand it and show it properly: crawling, content, speed, structured data, mobile, links and trust.
- AI visibility
- Whether an assistant can extract an answer from the page and trust it as a source, with checks of their own for local businesses and shops.
What you get
- An action plan with the tasks from both scores, from most to least serious, and the argument to defend each one to the client.
- A comparison with up to 3 competitors per client: what they do and your client does not, and the other way round.1
- Before and after between two analyses of the same client: what was fixed, what is new and what is still pending.
- PDF reports for search visibility, AI visibility, competitors and the action plan, and a link the client opens without an account, which shows how many times it has been opened and which you can revoke.
- White label, on the Agency plan: your agency name, logo, colour, website and email on the PDFs, the shared link and the alert email.
- Scheduled monitoring: each client is re-analysed on its own, weekly on the Agency plan (monthly on Professional), and you get an email if its score drops 5 points or more.2

Who it is for
For agencies and consultants who sell SEO and want to add AEO and GEO with a diagnosis the client understands.
- Agencies that deliver a regular report and have to show what has changed.
- Consultants preparing an audit before quoting.
- Teams with several clients who cannot review every site by hand every week.

What it does not do
It does not replace Search Console or GA4: it does not connect to them, does not track keyword rankings and, for now, has no teams with roles or public API. It audits pages and delivers what it finds, under your brand.

Frequently asked questions
Can I put my agency’s logo on the reports?
Yes, on the Agency plan. You set the name, logo, main colour, website and contact email, and they apply to the PDFs, the share link and the monitoring alert email. Any field you leave empty uses SmoothSeen’s.
Does my client need an account to see the report?
No. You send them a link that opens without an account, with the search visibility, AI visibility and action plan views, and the PDF download. Search engines do not index it and you can revoke it whenever you like.
How many competitors can I compare per client?
Up to 3, measured with the same checks as your client’s site. Each competitor analysed uses one analysis from the monthly quota, but does not appear in your client list.
How do I show the client the work done?
With before and after: it compares two analyses of the same client and separates what was fixed, what is new and what is pending, judged by the same criteria in both.
Does it measure my clients’ mentions in Perplexity or AI Overviews?
No. It audits what is on the page so that an assistant can read it and cite it, which is what your team can change. It does not measure mentions in Perplexity, Claude, Copilot or AI Overviews.
How much does it cost?
The plans and their prices are on the pricing page. There is a free plan and you can try the Agency plan for 14 days without a card.
